Swim suit snacks: The right foods to munch on to look your best in a bikini Food & Diet: self.com

I always thought calcium was for the bones. My primary reason for taking calcium supplements was to avoid serious injury to my back from osteoporosis. Plus most important to my health and wellness I want to be walking around. I wondered about bone spurs and if calcium had any effect on them.

Bones spurs occured for me because of being overweight and work shoes that couldn't be properly fitted. Along with age and tying my tennis shoes too tight for walking I began to understand that was creating pressure on my bones and my body was trying to tell me to help myself a little more.
I wanted to understand a little scripture on what we eat,  how we eat or should we be different beside trying different things. Bible Gateway New King James version:
The Law of Liberity chapter 14
Receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things. For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him. Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.

The first likely indication that this was occuring was when I had a stress fracture on my left side. I fractured that ankle once in the snow also. You can believe putting ice compresses on it felt like torture not healing. The next incident happened where my leg became inflammed from my hip to ankle. I couldn't put any pressure on it for two weeks. I finally was diagnosed last year by a podiatrist who did a xray and confirmed. I was told a minor surgery could remove the spur if it began to hurt and take up room where I couldn't wear a shoe. I stopped tying those lace up so tight and the right seems to have diminished and the left is still swollen and visible!

Buzzle.com suggest warm linseed on cloth cover with plastic and heating pad for a couple of hours for relief. Sounds good to me! NOW foods describes the recommended herbal supplement curcumin which is antioxidant support wellness and helping to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. Applying a flaxseed hot pack should also help to reduce pain, some can be purchased ready made on the internet. Should you make your own use a soft material like flannel or similar weight and add a herb for your senses like lavendar or ecualyptus.

Spiritual thoughts on laxity: sources from Bible Gateway
Glorify God in Body and Spirit
13 Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but God will destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. 14 And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power.
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body[a] and in your spirit, which are God’s.

LiveStrong.com suggest bone spurs are calcium deposits likely found in or around joints.  Whereas Mayo Clinic names existing diseases as osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, or spinal stenosis occuring naturally with age. Be sure to speak with your doctor about supplements & how they interact with meds you use. I now have a primary care physician whose speciality is internal medicine.

I leave you with this thought from John 3 1.2:
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
